These traditional Xhosa anklets or ankle bracelets are worn by men and women. They are beaded in the traditional Xhosa colours of red, blue, black and white beading. If you would prefer the beading to be done in other colours please let us know, we are able to do so. The Xhosa word for these is unawo amanqashela.
